Zahra N. Jamal ('08) started a new job as Associate Director for Community Engagement at Rice University's Boniuk Institute for Religious Tolerance in July 2015. She was named Rice University's representative to President Obama's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge by the US Department of Education.
