Charles Landgraf (Chair)
Charles Landgraf is a Partner in Arnold & Porter’s Washington office, where he co-chairs the Legislative/Public Policy practice. He has played a significant role in shaping parts of legislation such as the Dodd-Frank Act, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, and the Oil Pollution Act and been recognized in numerous professional rankings, but is perhaps proudest of his pro bono legal work over the years for non-profits groups on civil liberties, women’s issues, religious liberty and tolerance, education, prisoners’ rights, and POW/MIA issues. Mr. Landgraf also serves on the Rice University Board of Trustees. He received a BA from Rice and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University.
