The following Associate Lecturers are former Boniuk Center Public Scholar Fellows who may be contacted directly for scholarly presentations for your group, religious community, or organization regarding special topics in the field of religious studies which promote understanding and religious tolerance.
Heba Khan
Heba Khan is an advanced doctoral student in the department of Religious Studies at Rice University. She works in the Islamic tradition, especially in comparative mysticism, philosophy, Neoplatonism, poetry, and gender. Heba is also an Editorial Fellow at the Journal of Feminist Economics at Rice University.

Andrea R. Jain
Andrea R. Jain, M.A., is a doctoral student in the Religious Studies Department at Rice University with majors in Indian Religions and Psychology of Religion. Her primary interests are in the categories of gender, sexuality, and the body in Indian religious traditions. Alongside her doctorate, she is earning a Graduate Certificate in the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality at Rice. She is also a lecturer in the Religious Studies program at the University of Houston.
